VINYASA FLOW YOGA

   

Vinyasa Flow Yoga is characterized by linking poses with Vinyasa or a dynamic movement from posture to posture.  In this style of yoga movement or flow is just as important as the posture.  We use movement and breath to generate heat and create focus.  This style is yoga is challenging and builds strength, flexibility, and concentration.  In our unique approach to this discipline we add a series of Pilates core exercises to bring extra strengthening to the core.  This class is suitable for beginners and experienced yogis alike.  All Vinyasa classes are one hour.
