WEIGHT LOSS At BODYLANGUAGE we take Weight Loss seriously.

Through the years, We have coached numerous clients to successfully reach their weight loss goals.
WHAT YOU EAT First we perform a Resting Metabolic Rate( RMR) assessment to determine how fast your metabolism is and specifically how many calories your body requires at rest. We use the same Metabolic Testing equipment used in hospitals to determine your caloric needs. From this information we provide guidance and feed back to keep your food intake at a level that will support healthy weight loss.
WHAT YOU BURN Next we perform a Sub-Max Heart Rate Assessment to determine your Max Heart Rate (MHR). This information is crucial for determining calorie expenditure during exercise. Calorie expenditure is directly related to the percentage of Max Heart Rate (Intensity) and duration of the activity.
