The SPINNING program is one of the most effective cardiovascular training systems in the fitness industry. SPINNING is exciting, fun & effective.

We offer 1 hour SPINNING classes at convenient times daily.  In the typical SPIN class you can expect to burn anywhere from 400 to 650 calories, train your cardiovascular system, build leg strength, ramp up your metabolism, and have fun at the same time.  Our instructors spend considerable time off the bike to focus on and encourage  each client.

We offer 30 minute SPINNING classes before our popular BARREFUSION classes.Combining a 30 min SPINNING class with a BARREFUSION will speed your metabolism, tone your muscles, and increase felixibility. You will train in your fat burning zone 90 minutes with this effective fat burning combo.   Combining BARREFUSION and SPINNINGis an effective synergistic system to build a long, lean, and flexible body while improving cardiovascular fitness and reducing body fat for a total body conditioning program.

These specially designed 8 week programs are designed to raise your level of fitness and increase your metabolism by training at consistently higher levels of intensity. Each participant is required to have a Sub-Max Heart Rate Assessment before the program to establish their Max Heart Rate and Recovery Heart Rate. The first class consists of a series of drills to determine your AT Heart Rate that will be used in the remainder of the program. Each week you will be training specific energy systems at, around, and above your AT for longer periods of time. The intensity increases each week. By the end of the ten weeks you will be fitter, stronger, faster, and have a higher Recovery Heart Rate. This is an effective program that sees repeat clients year after year. Kevin Smith took 3rd place and Lynn Johnson took 2nd place in their age groups in the 2012 Albuquerque Duke City Marathon 10k. Lynn missed 1st place by only 45 seconds! Both Lynn and Kevin are doing the AT Workshop. They stay strong and fast by doing their intensity training on the Spin bike. Our Spin classes will help your running and improve your times.
