We are excited to bring the latest in fitness to Albuquerque. The BODYBARREMETHOD
TM is designed as a total body workout that burns fat around the
muscle, carves muscles in the seat, thins thighs, and flattens abs
by fusing elements of Pilates, Ballet, Yoga and light weights
in a 55 minute intense session. Each muscle strengthening session is followed by a
stretching section, to assure lengthening and shaping muscles to their
optimal form. This intense athletic approach narrows and lifts the entire
body. We continue to refine the technique and change the exercises and
sequences every 4 to 6 weeks to keep your body challenged in new ways. Everyone keeps coming back for more of these classes! Open to anyone just be prepared to feel the work and see the changes.
What it does:
The BODYBARREMETHOD TM utilizes high
repetitions of small controlled movements with light weights to tone and
sculpt the muscle. Leg work at the ballet barre tones and sculpts the
calves, thighs, and seat. High repetitions of small controlled
movements burns the muscle like no other form of exercise and is effective
at building a graceful, long, lean, compact muscle. The muscles are
stretched immediately after working them to enhance flexibility and length.
Pilates Mat work is incorporated to strengthen and tone the core muscles.
